Record Player/Turntable help?

I found this record player. I don't know how old it is or the brand. It was part of a stereo system with the turntable connected separately. It didn't work when i got it and i don' have the stereo it was part of. However, I got a power input and the table turns just fine. I have had shoulder pain for the last 3 years?

I went to see my GP who referred me to physio I had a bit of improvement but went back with the same problem 3 months later,my GP prescribed ibuprofen with the same results I persevered with the pain until I went to see my GP again this March she would have referred me back to physio but I told her I wanted to get to the bottom of the cause of the pain.I was sent for a chest x ray in April(2011) it came back showing inconsistencies I was referred to chest clinic at my local hospital who sent me for CT,PET & MRI scans Pulmonary function breathing tests,Bronchoscopy & CT scan needle biopsy of the Lung last week I was given a diagnosis of lung cancer & the consultant talked about having an op to remove part of my right lung but they wanted to wait for the results of the MRI scan which took place last Wednesday,yesterday(Tues)I attended chest clinic with my husband & was given the results of the scan apparently I have cancer in my R shoulder,Adrenal glands & top of my R leg (which they`re not too bothered about at the moment ) because I have cancer in more than 1 place I can`t have the op I am to start with Chemo next Monday my question is does anyone think I have a case for negligence with my GP for not acting sooner.

What kind of tree do I have?

I live in the Pacific Northwest. The tree has needles that grow individually off of the trunk and branches. Good Acne Treatments?

Well ever since i was 12, i have been having many breakouts on my face. Especially in the area between my eyebrows. Its usually on my forehead, nose, and sometimes my upper lip. My doctor only gave me this wash to use to clean out my pores, but not something that can treat it and make it go away. My mom has been popping them every while ( with a needle and using a blackhead extractor) it works and its painful, BUT she can only do certain ones at once and than, they come back in a few weeks in different parts of my face. Does anyone have experience with an implanted morphine pump for chronic pain?

After 13 years of chronic pain, my body cannot handle oral narcotics anymore. I keep getting sick in my gastrointestinal track - poor motility all the way to an ileus with everything in between. Have had total work-up from GI MD. Everything is fine, but it was felt all my issues were due to narcotics. I don't abuse the narcotics - I don't understand why people like to do them. So my pain MD and surgeon have decided I probably need a morphine pump. I understand it means less drugs in my system and I may even have better pain control. Never am I pain free with oral narcotics. But the part I don't like is the drug is refilled by having a needle go through my abdomen into the pump every 1-3 months and having surgery every 5 years or so to change the battery. Anyone out there with long term experience with a morphine pump?

I was wondering if it is Illegal for a nurse to take my blood without my say so? I was forced to go to the hospital because I had a very very bad migraine. Well around 6 this morning i woke up and had really sharp pain under my left breast in the top of the rib. It hurt when I inhaled or moved, so i went to the ER. As long as i remember the veins in my arms have been extremely visible and i am unaware of the cause. I am a 13 year old boy with a very healthy lifestyle and certainly not obese or overweight. i used to believe it was varicose veins but was proven wrong when i was told varicose veins are unable to form in the arms. I only see it in my arms and not anywhere else like my chest. I have noticed them to protrude more after vigorous exercises but not always. They will sometimes protrude for no apparent reason. We have our books sorted by topic, or series. Our series collections are alphabetical by author's last name. For example we have all the DK books in one place and all the Osborne books in one place. They usually have the topic written on the side. (We don't have them with the front facing out- just shelved). There are some labels on certain things. We have a HUGE collection of autism resources (we should start an autism book store, I swear) and it is labelled with dates because autism research goes gets old really fast. Certain other books have labels on the shelves too. We haven't cataloged them though. I don't see the point really because I can find things easily.

Ive gotten warts lasered off plenty of times, and I think it hurts a lot (after they do the same spot a couple times repeatedly). Its mostly on my palm. On April 10th I went to the emergency room with severe bleeding. I was 9 weeks pregnant. After two sonograms I was told by the doctor that my baby was ectopic and they believed that it was in my falopian tube. I woke up 4 hours later from surgery (which was only supposed to take 45 minutes) and the back of my right hand where the needle was, was covered in blood. It turned out that the baby wasn't in my tubes after all, it was actually on one of my ovaries. When they lifted my ovary I began to bleed heavily and they had to give me a blood transfusion. Since the baby was on my ovary they had to do a bikini cut to remove it. Everyday I either unintentionally look at or feel that scar and it is like a knife to the heart. Every Saturday (when the week I was pregnant would change), I always think, I would be 17 weeks along now, or I would be 19 weeks now. And it kills me to see babies. It doesn't matter if I see them in real life, or even on TV, it hurts so bad. What makes it worse is that I have a 3 year old who has a genetic disease, he is now a normal little boy, but he had to go through chemotherapy and a blood transplant at Duke University in NC (I live in MI) and for a week we almost lost him. What they did wasn't a cure, but a treatment, so the damage that has been done to his bones and his hearing loss will never go away. Don't get me wrong, I love my son, and I am so greatful that I didn't lose him, but I think that one of my children God gave a horrible disease to, and the other one he took away from me. Sedation is fine u will have someone monitoring u at all times. U will also be hooked up to a machine to monitor ur vitals just like at doctors. Blood pressure cuff on arm the little thing on ur finger they will monitor your heart. They put meds through an IV and tell u to count down from 10 u will fall asleep looking at them watching u. After that they do there thing pulling ur teeth. If ur oxygen goes low they just crank up the oxygen on the machine because u will be on oxygen. U wont remember anything u wont wake up until they wake u up. When u wake up u will be extremely tired wondering what the hell happened. But its really not that bad. Trust me. You can ask the anesthesiologist all these questions hos job is to make u comfortable answering your questions as well as sedate you. Oh and when I had my teeth pulled and they sedated me I felt really jot and my chest got kind of tight and I felt like ants were biting me. I started to panic and they could see that they asked me what was wrong and I told them and they assured me it was ok and gave me some more meds and the symptoms went away. I do not understand how this could happen... I am thrilled it is not cancer however I never would have acted as quickly as the two surgeons suggested (I did have second opinion for surgery) but did not get second for pathology and I am afraid that was a mistake...based on the pathology report I made a decision that to remove the entire thyroid... If I knew it was benign I would have only had half taken out.. The wrong decision based on the after surgery fact that there was no cancer. I had Blood taken last week from my artery in my wrist and now my wrist is burning where the blood was taken?

I had blood taken last week in hospital and they were trying for 2.5 hours and about 20 pokes from regular needles no luck with drawing blood so the dr decided to go into my artery and pull the blood out, it took a while to actually get into the artery and get the blood out so he was moving it a bit and after about 3 mins he finally got it, it was painful at first than it went away, of coarse I brusied pretty badly but thats to be expected but yestrday i was helping my mom with some heavy lifting and appon lifting a heavy box my wrist start burning really bad actually caused me to drop the box and still today my wrist hurts where I had the blood taken, is this normal or do you think i should go get it checked out, not too worried i just know it hurts and its annoying, i have tried a warm compress it took the intial pain awau but when i woke up this morning and carried on with my normal day and go to work now i am in pain once again, has this happened to anyone else?

Ok for the past 2-2 1/2 weeks now my breaast have been sore but not to where i couldnt touch them and ive been having a chalky white discharge no odor to it. I would like a legitimate answer as to why we pay taxes to a government to undeniably do nothing. Our government officials are paid compared to "Normal" consumers extremely well except for the fact they have no solution. They will give you a politically correct answer to the economy but not an actual solution. One thing that I personally find amusing is how they scoot around imigration. I am very open to say that our economy would be better with strict imigration laws. If you do not have a social then why pay taxes. The United States is based on making it big, the only problem is people are you just don't know it because according to our census they don't exist. If you are a day laborer you work tax free average $80.00 a day. You get $1,200.00 a month tax free, you get paid medical benefits (no wages you are at poverty level,average legal citizen at leat $300.00 a month) and food benefits (roughly $400.00 a month) plus discounts provided by the government for electrical, rent, etc. So if you look at it the United States will let you live with government assistance around $2,500-$3,000 a month with no taxes withheld.
