Is a pimple down there normal? And do u think I have an STD?

Well i'm only 14 Male and I got these weird pimple things on my area/: they go away just like a pimple does though so is it a pimple or something else? and like I said earlier i'm 14 I don't have a STD right cause I haven't had any intercourse or like any needle sharing and crazy stuff like that so I don't right?
