Can white people finally benefit from affirmative action?

If affirmative action is people getting what they don't deserve, rich white people have benefited from affirmative action for centuries. What is it but affirmative action when Shrub Bush is a mediocre student but gets admitted to an excellent university ahead of high-quality applicants? Or when he jumps the queue to get into the national guard ahead of candidates who are really eligible?
