Any experienced marijuana users?

Okay..so I didn't smoke for like a month or so and have been smoking probably around a year and I've always gotten the shakes but I smoked a joint with some friends 3 days ago and everything was cool but that night I felt pretty weird like when your foot or leg falls asleep and you touch a surface and feel pins and needles..well..it's like that but all over my body..and it's still going on 3 days later so I thought i'd see if anyone else has experienced something like this. It's not painful really..pretty tolerable but just really uncomfortable (especially when trying to sleep) and I've never had any weird aftereffects last for more than a day after I've smoked before. Any thoughts/suggestions?
