Ear piercing (again) HOW MUCH DOES THE NEEDLE HURT AND WHERE CAN I GET IT DONE?

When i was 7 i had my ears pierced at Claire's and they got infected. I'm 13 now. I want to get them done again in time to wear these awesome earrings i found for my trip to New York at the end of August. first- How much does it hurt to get them pierced with a needle? and since i already got them done, would it not hurt as much? also, where can i get them done??? i do NOT want to get them done at Claire's again, no way.
