How do i get rid of pins and needles in my right hand?

I have had pins and needles for around 28 hours on my right hand on my middle finger ring finger and on my pinky. If it helps i got them while sleeping on it on a plane i am currently in Rome so i dont have any medical help for 2 1/2 weeks.
