I have to get blood taken and I have a phobia of veins and needles?

Im soo scared of my inner elbow and its not even funny. I cant touch or look at my inner elbow no matter what. I have to get my blood taken for some stuff and Im crying right now and im not even at the place or anything. Whenever I think about it i start tearing up and get goosebumps. I hate it sooo much and I have to have a needle in it. I have had blood things before and it takes like 3 people to hold me down and I hate it so much. Idk what to do. Please help me.
