Im realllyyyyy scared of needles!?!? Please help!!!!?

Hey don't worry when i had my phaysical and i was FREAKING OUT! And then when i gt there i was all like please pinch the skin please pinch the skin i got three shots she pinched the skin and what i said after was thats was it or did i just faint and she said thtz it!!! So don't worry bout it every little will be alright!!!!!!!!;))
