Milia trouble on eyelid?

I have a single milia on the inside edge of my lower left eyelid, just above the lashes. I've had it for a while now, but how do I get rid of it? Do I need to see a doctor of some kind, or is there something I can do at home?(I don't want to use a needle b/c it's so close to my eyeball)
