Can some one give me some advice for anxiety reliever. ?

I have a phobia of needles. Well I wouldn't be asking this if my mother wasn't such a *****, but instead she knows I have this phobia because I am on small dosage of anxiety pills. She decided to add on shots I don't need or anything and so today tomorrow whatever I have to get two of those extras and I have a rash because of anxiety and I tremble a lot. Does anyone know how I can get over this phobia and not freak out everytime I hear needles. I'm having a breakdown attack please help me
