I feel pain around ....?

Ok well its been a cople of weeks . I have pain in my breast like if someone is pinching me or someone is sticking or poking me with a needle. The pain last for a few. Seconds what can that be also I also have pain similar to that in my vagina I feel pain like something like a needle is poking me . Help any nurses out there help going to the doctor inn a few days . Please help I will like to have an idea of what this can be . Thank you
