Does getting a wart lasered off hurt more then a tattoo?

Ive gotten warts lasered off plenty of times, and I think it hurts a lot (after they do the same spot a couple times repeatedly). Its mostly on my palm. Sometimes they say that they should numb it because it will hurt so bad. I do very well with needles, and they don't hurt me too much (I get blood drawn and shots of numbing things all the time). I'm wondering if the pain of a tattoo is similar to having warts lasered off, or if it will hurt less.
