35 weeks pregnant and have needle sharp pains in my vagina....?

Iam 35 weeks pregnant and everytime I walk or get up I have the needle sharp pains, 3 weeks ago doc stop my contractions. What does the needle sharp pains meen.. And I am 2 centimeters and 50% and -3 can anyone be of help thank you???
