My bely piercing! please help????!!!!?

Okay so like at 11:45 pm I pierced my belly piercing (I knoe stupid) with sterilized needle hands and ring. After like a few hours I realize I don't want it, it hurts and doesn't look good on me so can I take it out?? If its been a few hours? And if I take it out what are the risks? If I take it out and clean it will that help? Thank uu soooo much
