How do i get s splinter out if its already down in my foot?

Im not the type of girl thats gonna dig it out wit a needle or tweezers,i already tried though and it hurt its deep down in the ball of my foot, i can see it under my skin. i need a forsure way that will work,i dont wanna try a million things with no results.
