I have an ear piercing question?

well..I have decided that I'm going to pierce the middle of my ear (the squishy part!) and I was just wondering if hydrogen peroxide will sterilize needles? don't tell me it's stupid or to get it done myself because I have no one to take me to get it done.. so please also give me some tips on piercing it? oh and btw, I'm only piercing my right ear. thanks!
