A nurse took my blood without my say so.?

I was wondering if it is Illegal for a nurse to take my blood without my say so? I was forced to go to the hospital because I had a very very bad migraine. The doctor told me what I already new and then sent me out to go sit at the nurses station. the nurse started getting out needles to draw blood on me and I told her no that I didn't know I was having to have my blood drawn and I didn't want to. She said ok and then my bf comes in and him and another nurse holds me down while the other nurse draws my blood. They also put something in my IV that made me so sleepy I couldn't hold my eyes open. I almost feel like I've been violated if you know what I mean and I want to do something about it.
