How to Finish Knitting a Hat. HELP!!?

So I will put the website that I got this hat from and see if you can figure this out. I am on the very last instruction and it confused me. It says to weave in the tail end to the last stitches on the row, while the stitches are still on the needle. Please explain this to me better?
