Is it okay for me to be getting two teeth pulled out and getting two fillings all in one day?

I have a dentist appointment today and I'm supposed to be getting two teeth pulled out and get two fillings. Will that be okay? Would that be too much anesthesia for me in one day? I've had a tooth pulled out before but will they have to put the needle in my gums multiple times because I'm getting two fillings and two teeth pulled out?
