Why can't people accept more minorities are on Welfare?

If your white boss were hiring more blacks and latinos, perhaps fewer of them would have to be on Welfare. But, Black men are put in prison for taking drugs when they're 18... White men are ignored, because their drugs are done at Frat parties. When the Black man gets out of jail, to survive he had to become a hardened criminal.

Record Player/Turntable help?

I found this record player. I don't know how old it is or the brand. It was part of a stereo system with the turntable connected separately. It didn't work when i got it and i don' have the stereo it was part of. However, I got a power input and the table turns just fine. But when the needle touches the record, I can only hear sound coming from the stylus and there is no sound from the speakers (Wires with white/red composite cables) of my radio. Is it a simple fix or is worth my while just throwing it away

How are "the religions of America" calculated?

The census. Other places do polls for such things then calculate it according to the rest of the population. On the census, it merely asks "religion". There aren't any precise #'s for this. It's a guestimation. Blanks are "no religion"... Which could be most anything... atheist, agnostic, pagan, deist, etc...

Can Elderica pines survive severe drought?
