How can I change my race on my birth certificate?

Long story short, my sorry-excuse-for-a-father forced my mother to put on my birth certificate that I am white, when I am really bi-racial (my mom is 100% hispanic from Mexico, my dad's 100% caucasian from America). Ever since then, I've been forced to put on all documents I own that I am white. I'm tired of it. Is there any way that I can go to the County Records or Census or something and legally change my race from White/Caucasian to Biracial/Mexican-American/Whatever I really am?
